Purchasing tickets will reserve your place on a train for a particular time frame. We recommend buying tickets online in advance for the best selection of dates and times. Tickets are first come, first serve, and once they are SOLD OUT that ride time is full. If the ride time still shows tickets available, you may be able to purchase tickets for that ride at the door but there will be limited availability and extended wait times.

To Purchase Tickets
1.Select the date and time you would like to visit The Christmas Train.
2. Bring your confirmation to the ticket booth at least 30 minutes before your selected time frame to check in and receive your boarding pass. You are welcome to print your confirmation e-mail or show it on your mobile device.
3. Tickets are sold in 30 minute time blocks, so your ride will begin within your selected time block.
ALL TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Tickets may be transferred to another night using the EXCHANGE link on your ticket e-mail. Do not call the ticket office for ticket transfers. Your ticket transfer must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your departure time. Same Day exchanges are not available. Refunds or exchanges are not available for parties who miss their reservation or are NO SHOW.
Trains will continue to run in light rain. If the train is operating and you fail to redeem your ticket for the night you have reserved, you forfeit your tickets. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES WHO ARE “NO SHOW”. In the rare event that The Christmas Train is canceled for delayed due to extreme weather or mechanical difficulties, the ticket office will offer rain checks.
