Purchasing tickets will reserve your place on a train for a particular time frame. All tickets are first come first serve. We recommend buying tickets early online. You can also purchase tickets at our ticket station once you arrive, however, you could experience very long wait times for available trains.

To Purchase Tickets

1.Select the date and time you would like to visit The Christmas Train.

2. Bring your confirmation to the ticket booth at least 30 minutes before your selected time frame to check in and receive your boarding pass. You are welcome to print your confirmation e-mail or show it on your mobile device.

3. Tickets are sold in 30 minute time blocks, so your ride will begin within your selected time block.


Ticket Policy

ALL TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, if necessary, you may request your tickets to be transferred to another night. TRANSFERS MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVED RIDE TIME. We are unable to transfer tickets on the day of your ride or if you are a “no show.” Trains will continue to run in light rain. If the train is operating and you fail to redeem your ticket for the night you have reserved, you forfeit your tickets. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES WHO ARE “NO SHOW”. In the rare event that The Christmas Train is canceled for delayed due to extreme weather or mechanical difficulties, the ticket office will offer transfer tickets for another date/time.
