ALL TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Tickets may be transferred to another night using the EXCHANGE link on your ticket e-mail. We don’t recommend calling ticket office for ticket transfers. Your ticket transfer must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your departure time. Same Day exchanges are not available. Refunds or exchanges are not available for parties who miss their reservation or are NO SHOW.
Trains will continue to run in light rain. If the train is operating and you fail to redeem your ticket for the night you have reserved, you forfeit your tickets. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES WHO ARE “NO SHOW”. In the rare event that The Christmas Train is canceled for delayed due to extreme weather or mechanical difficulties, the ticket office will offer rain checks.
